Welcome To The Auction!

Our Auction includes items donated to Heather's Heroes; a team participating in Bedford in this years’ Relay For Life in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.

This year, our event will be taking place on June 17th, 2017 at 273 Basinview Drive, Bedford, NS.  We are hoping to have over 600 participants and volunteers come together in the fight against cancer.   This year Relay For Life will take place from 5pm to 11pm. Relay For Life, is a six hour, non-competitive relay that honours and celebrates cancer survivors, commemorates those who have lost their lives to the disease, and offers communities the opportunity to take up the fight against cancer.

Funds raised during Relay For Life has helped increase the cancer survival rate from 25% in the 1940s to over 60% today. With revenue from our events, we are investing in the best cancer research projects across the country, providing trusted cancer information and compassionate support services for people facing cancer and their families, and leading cancer prevention and advocacy initiatives for the benefit of all Canadians. We could not do what we do without you. Here in Nova Scotia, your donation will help support our newly expanded accommodations program, the Dr. Susan K. Roberts Lodge that Gives, where Nova Scotians facing cancer, and their families can stay while receiving treatment.
